This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Ryxanordfrex and is in line with EU consumer rights where applicable.
Scope: geography and topic
This policy applies to sales in Germany and the EU/EEA. We sell dietary supplements (food supplements) only. Our products are not medicines. Refunds are handled in accordance with EU consumer law and our Terms of Use; we do not make medical claims or guarantees about product results.
1. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You must inform us of your decision within this period (e.g. by email to contact@ryxanordfrex.world).
2. Return conditions
Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible, within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of return unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods are faulty.
3. Refund
We will refund the purchase price (including standard delivery costs) without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods. Refunds are made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
4. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery (e.g. hygiene or health products) where permitted by law. Defective goods are subject to statutory warranty rights.
